Course Access After Refund

If you later decide to purchase the same course again, you will need to make a new purchase at the current price.

Bundle Purchases

If you purchase multiple courses together at a bundle price, the refund policy applies to the entire bundle within 14 days. We do not offer partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems accessing course materials, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. Many technical issues can be resolved quickly, and we are happy to help you access the content you purchased.

Refunds due to technical issues that we cannot resolve will be processed immediately without the 14-day limitation.

Promotional or Discounted Purchases
